If you have class sections that will not be teaching in the upcoming term that are still active, you should cancel them ASAP. This is particularly important for sections that have a General Assignment classroom assigned — departments should not be holding onto rooms that can be used for other classes or events, especially given the scarcity of GA classrooms at peak times. To see which sections don’t have enrollment, you can run the “Active Sections w Zero Enrl” report as needed via the Query Report Viewer on the Resources tab of the Curric & Enroll Rep WorkCenter.
