The Office of the Registrar publishes reports on undergraduate grade-point averages and course grade-distributions twice annually, in early February and mid-July.
To protect student privacy, grade data for groups of five or fewer students have been redacted. Faculty and staff who require non-redacted grade data to fulfill job duties should submit a data request (opens in a new tab).
For more available data reports and resources, visit our “Data Reports and Request Resources” page.

Course grade-distribution reports
A course grade-distribution report shows final grades given in each course and section. For courses with more than one section, the report also provides totals for all sections. Department, college, and university totals reflect composite grade distributions.
Summer grade-distribution reports are not publicly available. Faculty and staff who require summer grade-distribution information to fulfill job duties should submit a data request (opens in a new tab).
