When adding new courses and/or class sections, the Associated Class number will no longer default to “1”: the field will now be blank. Be sure to enter the correct value based on the course set up. If you do not fill in this field, you will receive the warning message seen below stating “Highlighted fields are required. Enter data into the highlighted fields.”

As a reminder, Associated Class numbers:
- Indicate the enrollment package, section-level requisites, credits, and honors designations.
- Cannot be edited once students are enrolled.
- Can have serious impacts on student records and financial aid when not entered correctly.
