Many folx are continuing to adjust classrooms ahead of the Spring 2025 (1254) Final Call deadline on October 2, as well as submit special event requests for the Fall 2024 term, so we have some reminders about utilizing the functionality of 25Live.
- If you are looking for a new GA room for a class section in the 1254 term, you can utilize the Availability View. Make sure to use the weekly availability feature and select multiple weeks. This will allow you to view the full availability across the entire term, as some class sections may begin later in the term and the room may look open in January but is actually in use for the rest of the term.
- Be sure to add 5 minutes to the pre- and post-event time buffers when requesting special events.
- If a location is unavailable due to building hours, enter the requested room in the comments .
- Additionally, departments should not be booking general assignment classrooms on behalf of registered student organizations (RSOs).
