As UW–Madison transitions to the new Workday Finance and HR systems from July 3 to July 9, the Student Information System (SIS) will remain online. During this period, users may experience temporary service disruptions, including:
- Slower system performance
- Delays in data syncing
- Campus ID generation delays
- Delays in processing name changes
- Security Requests*
*Important Note on Security Requests: SIS Security Requests must be submitted by the end of the day on June 20, and all outstanding approvals must be completed by July 1. All pending requests will be withdrawn on July 2. If access is still needed, new requests can be submitted starting July 7.
