In addition to the bi-annual Planning Calendars* available in Box, the Curricular Services team maintains an Outlook calendar that you can subscribe to. Future dates are added to this calendar each time a new Planning Calendar is released. You can access this shared calendar in Outlook under the name “Curricular Services” (curricularservices@em.wisc.edu). The Outlook calendar contains the same basic information as the Planning Calendars, but by subscribing in Outlook you can easily view dates and deadlines alongside items in your own Outlook calendar(s). We know how difficult it can be to keep track of things, so we hope you find this helpful!
