Curricular reps are responsible for a wide variety of tasks and have unique access to making edits in SIS. Each subject should have a Primary curricular rep who manages the schedule of classes and at least one backup rep. Backup reps have the same access to making edits in SIS and can assist the Primary as needed. They can make changes if the Primary rep is out of the office or is no longer in that role. If your subject currently does not have a backup, someone should be designated to fulfill this role and get the proper training and access to ensure continuity.
