If you’re offering a topics course but haven’t finalized the topic title, do not schedule the section. Once a section is created and saved in SIS, its topic cannot be added or changed. If a section is created with the wrong topic, it must be canceled or deleted and then recreated with the correct one. You also cannot create a topics section without a topic and fill it in later. If a topic you need does not exist, do NOT enter TBD, but instead create a new topic.
