Utilize the New Window link to open multiple active windows in SIS. This can be especially helpful when navigating between pages like Maintain Schedule of Classes and Update Sections of a Class, for example. Simply opening a new tab/page in your browser and logging into SIS again will NOT accomplish the same thing- but it will log you out of your previous page and only keep your current page active. New Window allows you to to use built-in functionality in SIS to have more than one page open at the same time.
