Biography
Makenzie joined the Office of the Registrar in February 2024. She started her career in higher education as an undergraduate student at UW-Eau Claire as a course catalog intern and then in a work-study position in the Registrar’s Office. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics from UW-Eau Claire and has worked in different areas of higher education, including Continuing Education at Chippewa Valley Technical College, Admissions at UWEC and UWEC – Barron County, and Records and Registration at UWEC.
Outside of work, Makenzie likes to conquer escape rooms with friends, crochet, say hi to every dog she sees, and watch Food Network.
