Jeff Armstrong
Position title: Assistant University Registrar of Curricular Services
Pronouns: he/him/his
Email: jeff.armstrong@wisc.edu
Jeff was a first-generation college student and is a sociologist by training (MS, UW-Madison; BA, Ohio Wesleyan University). Before coming to the Registrar’s Office, he spent two decades working on an interdisciplinary study of child development at UW-Madison. His research publications include co-authored articles in Nature Neuroscience, PLoS One, Archives of General Psychiatry, Journal of Abnormal Child Psychology, and many more. Jeff is proud to wave his nerd flag high as a published New York Times crossword constructor, a sci-fi fan (you must read The Broken Earth trilogy by N. K. Jemisin!), and someone who once shared a Broadway stage with Hugh Jackman. He and his husband share their home with calico Vivian and tuxedo-cat Milo, both adopted through a local feline rescue agency.
