We’re excited to welcome you to the University of Wisconsin–Madison for the 2026 BTAA Registrars’ Conference!
This year’s conference will be filled with opportunities to connect and collaborate with your peers from across the Big Ten. Plus, we’ll give you a feel for the Badger experience and highlight what makes UW–Madison special.

Registration and Schedule
Register by Friday, September 4, 2026.
Cost: $400
Any cancellations or refunds on registration fees must be submitted by Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Schedule
All conference activities will start and end at Union South, unless otherwise specified.
Monday
7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Breakfast
8:30 a.m. to noon: Large group discussion
Noon to 1 p.m.: Lunch
1:15 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.: Campus tours (begin at Union South)
3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Afternoon breakout sessions
4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Break
6 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Evening reception

Madison is served by the Dane County Regional Airport and Metro Transit.
You can reserve parking with your hotel booking or park at any of the visitor spaces across campus.
