Jess Richards

Jess is a Wisconsin native – growing up in Milwaukee, attending UW-Eau Claire where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, serving as a hospitality and wine club manager for a winery in Green Bay, and finally moving to Madison (the best city in the state!) where she currently lives with her family. Jess started at UW-Madison in 2016 as an undergraduate services specialist in the Department of Chemistry while also attending UW-La Crosse online to earn her Master of Science in Education degree. She then spent two years as a pre-business academic advisor in the Wisconsin School of Business before joining the Registrar’s Office in 2021. Jess is excited to bring her knowledge of campus and courses to the Course Specialist role! In her free time, Jess loves cooking, checking out local restaurants, and hiking around the beautiful state of Wisconsin.
