Based on Faculty Senate-approved revisions to the 2016–2021 academic calendar, the spring term will now have a 14-week regular (A1) session, instead of the traditional 15-week regular session of previous spring terms. This change begins with Spring 2018 (1184) and has had a significant effect on our session code build. Any non-A1 session that went into the fifteenth week of instruction in Spring 2017 (1174) was not created for term 1184, as this fifteenth week is no longer an instructional week and is now final exam week.
The following session codes, which had active sections for term 1174, have not been created for term 1184: AOH, APM, APO, BNG, BOH, BOJ, DML, EKJ, GJI, HHG, HIH, IHG, IHH, JGG, JHH, KFF, LEE, LFF, NCC, NDD, and YRQ.
Attached to this email is an Excel document which lists all active sections which didn’t term roll from 1174 to 1184 because of this academic calendar change. If you wish to recreate one of these sections and have questions about which session code to use or if you need a session code added please let me know.
