Eligibility for Graduation

It is the student's responsibility to be sure graduation requirements are met. Graduate School, academic departments, and other schools and colleges may have partial responsibility for assessment of a student's record for graduation eligibility, depending on the specific degree. This work is actually completed by varying methods, ranging from the sending of a final list of candidates to the Office of the Registrar to assessment and degree posting by staff in Degree Audit and Diploma Services section of the Office of the Registrar. The Office of the Registrar has the mandate from the Board of Regents to determine eligibility for graduation.
