Diplomas are mailed out approximately eight (8) weeks after your school/college has notified the Office of the Registrar that you have completed all your degree requirements.
Diplomas are NOT mailed out for students who have a hold(s) on their record. Please clear up any holds on your record as soon as possible so that you may receive your diploma in a timely manner. You can find information about holds in your Student Center. If you clear your hold after the commencement date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have your diploma mailed out.
International Students: You must provide a Diploma address in order for your diploma to be mailed. You can add or edit a diploma address via your Student Center (The Diploma address can be the same as your home address)
Domestic Students: Your diploma will be mailed to your Home address. If your diploma should be mailed to an address other than your home address, please provide a Diploma address. You can add or edit an address via your Student Center.
Students who have holds placed on their records for any type of service will not receive their diplomas until those holds are cleared. If you clear your hold after the commencement date, please contact us at email@example.com to have your diploma mailed out.

Students will receive a diploma folder when they pick up their cap and gown rental from the UW Bookstore or at their school/college ceremony.
Students who are not able to get their diploma folder from the cap and gown pick-up or their school/college ceremony can obtain a diploma folder from the Office of the Registrar:

Students who wish to have a duplicate diploma must submit a Duplicate/Replacement Diploma Request form. Duplicate diploma orders received between December 6, 2016 and December 31, 2016 may take an additional 10 business days.
