Final grade reports are no longer automatically mailed at the end of each term. Students can print a grade report using My-UW. Students can also request that a grade report be mailed to them using the same site.
At the end of each semester and the Eight-Week General Summer Session, final grade reports are available approximately one and one-half weeks after the last day of the summary instructional period. Those reports that do get mailed are mailed to the student's current mailing address. Students are responsible for maintaining an appropriate mailing address. For example, if a student would like to have grades sent to a permanent home address, then that home address may be entered as a mailing address with appropriate begin and end dates. If a student does not have a currently effective mailing address (either because the field is blank or because the end date has expired), then mail will be sent to the student's permanent home address by default. Students may make address changes by using the computerized My-UW or My-Info. Grades are NOT sent to foreign addresses.
Mid-term grades for first year students are prepared at the end of the sixth week of classes. Mid-term grades are sent via e-mail only to students on Monday of the eighth week.
