Apply to Graduate
Undergraduate and Professional degree students:
To apply for graduation, a student must indicate the term (semester and year) in which they will be completing all degree and major requirements. The graduation application is available in the Student Center via My UW.
During the application process, a student should also indicate attendance/no attendance to a commencement ceremony. You can indicate your no attendance/commencement preference from the respective drop-down on the 'Apply for Graduation' page.

Graduate School degree students:
A student completing a Masters or Doctoral degree through the UW-Madison Graduate School should follow the 'Completing Your Degree' instructions available on the Graduate School web site.
